World Water Day was successfully organised on the bank of Ganga ji at Tulsi Ghat on 22nd March. Lamps were offered to Mother Ganga ji on this occasion.This event was attended by hundreds of people including members of “Mothers for Mother”.
Prof. Mishra addressed the gathering and said that the only solution for the prevention of Ganga ji’s pollution is total stoppage of discharge of sewage into it. Lamps were offered to Ganga ji at the end of this event. SMF’s Director Prof. S.N.Upadhyay, Dr. V.N.Mishra, U.P.State Minister Dr. Dayashankar Mishra were also present.
